Our standard return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, typically we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same state as the one you received. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift cards cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require an email receipt or other proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from your refund.
Upon request, we may be able to provide a prepaid return shipping label, and deduct the cost of your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You may want to consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
